[TMRA] Patti (KC8AKT) Silent Key

It is my sad duty to inform everyone that Patti Bellner (KC8AKT), spouse of
Steve Bellner (W8TER) for the few that didn't know her, passed away and
became a silent key this morning.

Our sincere condolences to the Bellner family.  We will all surely have
them in our thoughts and prayers.
