[TMRA] Baofeng UV-5RX3 programming needed at OHIO QSO Party

I believe they will stop selling them in their  current form very soon.  September 30, 2019 is the end date on them.

Folks out where I am. A lot of them got into the Baofeng and found out when you put one on a Service monitor. They found out Baofeng Are dirtier as hell on the transmit side. So check it out you would be amazed just how dirty they are
