[TMRA] Callsigns have been issued from Nov 10 class and test session

Just a quick note to let everyone know that the new licenses appear to have
been issued yesterday for those that attended the November 10th class and
license session.  That was fast!  The new licenses all appear to be
KE8KX?.

For those that are able, please monitor 147.27 as of today (and over the
holiday, if possible) and help respond to them if they call to help them
get started.  Those first calls can build some confidence and I'm sure they
would definitely appreciate hearing from us with their first few on-the-air
calls.  :)
