[TMRA] New 147.27 antenna is installed!

Not without some challenges along the way, since she is a really big
antenna, but the new 115lb 4 bay dipole array is up and installed on 147.27
as of earlier this afternoon!  Early reports are very good so far, and the
SWR is flat/perfect.  The new antenna dwarfs anything else installed on the
building for sure.  :)

It is a very LONG list of people to thank for the efforts today.  You all
mattered! We had the large crew we needed today and I was really happy that
we had safety covered from all the right angles.  A special THANK YOU to
Steve (W8TER) for a lot of the heavy lifting on equipment and planning and
for being our tower climber today!  We owe you a dinner (after some rest)
Steve.

This antenna will have a slightly different pattern (more omni-directional)
than those installed prior  Therefore, any new reports from the fringe
areas are very welcome.

Now,..... on to planning for those that remain.
