[TMRA] FT8 Users, please take note

Important note that will save you some frustration!

The next couple months will be a tough transition time for FT8 digital mode
users as users are being asked to make the switch from version 1.91 to
2.0.  (And you will have to in order to keep up)

The important thing to keep in mind is that the two versions are not
compatible and might just as well be a different mode all-together (in some
ways) .  Once you make the switch you can no longer decode stations that
are transmitting using the old version 1.91 software. (This is the big
"gotcha")

Old version 1.91 users are everywhere right now, while the new version 2.0
users are minimal but are typically above 2000 on the waterfall.  If you
are running the old version and can't get a reply from someone, that is
likely why.  If you are running a 2.0 version and aren't getting many good
decodes, that is why.

Hopefully that helps a few people avoid unnecessary troubleshooting time!
