[TMRA] 3rd/Last attempt: TMRA foxhunt survey

Hi all,

Ladies and gents, I failed miserably at setting up this survey correctly
the first couple times and didn't receive any of the responses due to
that.  Therefore, I just decided to shorten and re-create it for one last
attempt.  I promise this is the last time for this one!

The survey link below is completely anonymous (as most of our surveys
are).  I've shortened the survey to just a comment field and a (I'm going
or not going checkbox list). * Please check a box and leave me a comment. *
(Yes, I'm looking for the good, the bad, the ugly, whatever.. so give me
any info you can please)
