[TMRA] Traffic Backups in Xenia for hamvention - Heads up!

For those travelling to Dayton on Saturday, heads up!  Multiple people have
reported driving delays of as much as 1.5hrs getting to the fairgrounds.
You can also expect long delays from parking if you drive, park and take
the shuttle bus (one person mentioned over an hour today).

Plan accordingly.  It is apparent that traffic backups are the major issue
at the event so far.
