Help is needed in organizing and/or implementing these tasks for Field 
Day. Please consider undertaking one of these simple tasks to help us 
out with field day.

Help is needed in organizing and/or implementing these tasks for Field

with field day.

Making sure we have fuel for the generators: This involves monitoring 
the fuel levels and adding fuel when necessary.

Sending Message to The Section Manager or the section Emergency 
Coordinator: This involves writing a message and sending it via radio.

Message handling: This involves originating, relaying, or receiving 10 
formal messages via radio.

Using Alternate Power: This involves making a minimum of 5 QSOs using 
anything other than gasoline generators or the power grid.

Copy the W1AW Message: This involves tuning you radio to the correct 
frequency and copying the W1AW bulliten.

Educational activity; This includes putting on a specific and 
educational-related activity.

Field day youth participation: This involves some one under the age of 
18 making at least one QSO.

Social Media: This involves promoting our field day activation to the 
general public via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

Get on the air station: This involves setting a station under your 
Qualified* call sign.

*Licensed since previous field day and/or a generally inactive licensee.
