[TMRA] General Meetings Room open at 6:15pm

Starting at the July meeting (this month), TMRA will *begin opening the
general meeting facility at least an hour before the general club meetings*
(barring special circumstances, of which we will post to facebook and tmra
email when/if they occur). *Typically we expect doors open by 6:15pm to
support additional activities (see below).*

This additional time is expected to support a variety of items such as
special projects, some "show-and-tell" for interesting technologies,
questions that members may have for our experienced elmers, additional
kit/antenna build or setup time, extra social time, or any other needs that
may require some additional "non-meeting" time. As such, if you have a need
or would like to share something interesting using that time, please let me
know and we'll double-check the schedule and attempt to announce it (social
media, during on-air nets, web-page, and email lists).

Please keep in mind that the room will always support "social time" during
the pre-meeting hour(+), and therefore we don't expect to have "organized"
presentations with the pre-meeting time. (some items may be a better/best
fit for a general meeting session)

The general meeting this month (July 12th) will include a Clock Kit build,
organized by Chrissy (KC8UFV). Please feel free to come early and use that
time to get set up if you plan to build a kit.
