[TMRA] 147.270 and 442.850 Antenna Upgrades

A quick note from the Technical Committee.

The antennas were changed out today on both the 147.27 and the 442.850
repeaters.

The 147.27 repeater is now on a 4 bay phased dipole array and the 442.850 on an
8 bay phased dipole array.

Some users (myself included) have reported some increased range and
accessibility on both repeaters, but your individual verifications and
comparisons are very welcome!

Big thanks to the work team today!  Absolutely everyone was needed, and we
are all thankful for all the experienced hands!   In no particular order,
thanks to Tom KD8WCD, Rich KQ6EF, Mike W8MAL, Bruce AA8HS, Steve W8TER,
Chrissy KC8UFV and .. of course, myself I guess..lol... Rob KV8P).  Also,
thanks to Dan KE8UE and Dan W8VNL for the remote signal help and for
providing some immediate feedback on the coverage.

The next antennas to receive upgrades this spring will likely be the Yaesu
Fusion 146.835 antenna and the remote receive 147.27 (250.3 rx pl)
antenna.  More info forthcoming on those.
