*NORC*is an acronym for *N*orthwest *O*hio *R*egional *C*ommunications.

*The NORC**NET* is a voice net operating on 40 meters. **

*The first Saturday of the month,*Amateur Radio Operators are needed.

*Tune in TIME: 11:00 am *(Tune up or down from *7.200 MHz*to find the net)

Norc Net is the backup communications system for all of the Northwest 
Ohio County Emergency Operation Centers. (EOC)

*NWO-HEMC*is a *H*ospital *E*mergency *M*anagement *C*oalition that uses 
amateur radio for backup communications. (Hospital Net)

*The HOSPITAL**NET* is a voice net operating on VHF/UHF in *NW Ohio* **

*The first Saturday of the month,*Amateur Radio Operators are needed.

*Tune in TIME: 10:00 am *(*147.270* *+ W/PL 103.5*)

*THESE COUNTIES:*_Allen, Auglaize, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, 
Henry, Huron, Lucas, Mercer, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Sandusky, Seneca, 
Van Wert, Williams, and Wood_*ARE ASKED TO PARTICIPATE.*

Like the National Traffic System, the use of HF/VHF/UHF is strategically 
important when relaying communications.
