Apparently the Krakow club station is rather low key operating in the historic district of downtown Krakow, so antennas and power are limited there. They only have a trapped dipole up currently. I am looking forward to making some new international ham friendships there, however. :) Therefore, I plan to operate on *Monday, June 5th* in the late morning there (*likely between 4-6pm here in Ohio*) in order to maximize propagation to the states *from the contest station/home of Andy SP9KR* there about 50 min drive west of Krakow. (Andy lives only about 20min drive from my inlaws, so that makes things easy...) We will likely be on 20m and/or 17m using a 4 el steppir and amp. I'll likely share the freq via email as we get ready that day. It's not exactly a needed entity by any stretch (haha), but a schedule makes it interesting for some if propagation will allow for it. NOTE: Unfortunately, the time of day really won't support the other bands well that day. *Please let me know if you'd like me to include you on any update emails going forward.* :) 73 de Rob KV8P ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Robert Hall Date: Mon, May 23, 2016 at 6:58 PM Subject: SP9/KV8P or TBD: June 6th (eve Eastern) To: tmra at mailman.qth.net TMRA, It looks like I'm being invited to come operate the club station in Krakow Poland during my family's stay there over the next couple weeks.
