Ii would recommend bringing head phones as it can get loud at times.

     a. Pen (s), Pencil (s), Paper.

       c. Message Forms.
       d. Log Book.
       e. Note Paper.
5. Personal Gear. (Short duration)
       a. Snacks.

       c. Throat Lozenges.
       d. Personal Prescription (s).
