Just a reminder before the Christmas party Wednesday night (6:30pm). :)

I have the new Elmer Questionnaires for anyone that would like to complete
one (and doesn't already have a copy). Please pass me an email and I will
email them to you right away. (Word or .pdf) You can email them back to me
or hand them to me when you see me. Don't worry, they are relatively
simple to complete and most items are "check boxes". Also, BIG THANKS to
those that have already completed them!

For those that don't know, or are new to TMRA, we are tapping our club
members to get a list of those that can help others with many of the unique
challenges in our hobby. Those include things such as the following
(information subject to expansion/change over time)

* Various radios that our members are intimately familiar with, and can
answer questions about.
* Various radios that our members individually have the ability to help you
program
* Members that would welcome guest operators to their home/shack to learn
* Members willing to assist new hams with setup and issues
* Members available to answer questions about club events
* 18 unique Antenna/Towers/ and Support assistance items for members
* 25 unique support/assistance items pertaining to general operating and
different modes of operation
* 32 unique support/assistance items not falling into above categories
including items like Test Equipment, Power Poles, Shack Wiring, Mobile
Installations, Radio Check-Out, Volunteer Examiner involvement, and much
more.
* Members understanding of and willingness to teach on the use of various
club owned equipment (that can be borrowed)

I will be compiling the existing and any new additions from sheets during
the holidays and we will start making this information available to new and
existing club members at the January meetings. Of course, I'll take any new
sheets or updates any time. :)

Thanks and Happy Holidays!
