[TMRA] Traffic school cancelled Oct 5

During S.E.T. weekend, the Traffic Training School that is held in 
conjunction with the Northwest Ohio ARES Traffic Net will not meet. The 
course will meet as regularly scheduled every Sunday immediately 
following the traffic net on the K8ALB 146.610 repeater at 6:40 PM, 
except for October 5th.
