[TMRA] Local Toledo with small Lathe?

Hi, anyone in local area have access to small lathe. I am building a 
Butterfly Capacitor for use in a Mag-loop HF Antenna.  I am trying to 
enlarge the holes in some 1/4" spacers. Tried the drill press but that 
does not work.
