[TMRA] Testing Hospital Radios

The First weekend in October (6th and 7th) is declared the Simulated Emergency Test Drill, or S.E.T. Drill. This is an opportune time to evaluate the hospital radio equipment.

 

The Toledo Mobile Radio Association (TMRA) is in the process of securing a site to set up and operate under emergency power. Your participation in the testing of this equipment on this weekend would be very helpful.   

Volunteer operators are asked to contact Brian, WD8MXR (wd8mxr at gmail.com) and express, which hospital(s) they have as a preference so he can have you on record as to which hospital(s) you would prefer to cover. Ideally he will need 4 - 5 operators per hospital. This is not intending that all would have to show up every time we use the hospital radios, but to have some depth in coverage and reserves.
