[TMRA] CHEAP $50 HT

One of our TMRA members showed me this tiny HT that is available for $50.
Dual-band 2M/440.  It's only 2W, but for $50 it's fairly impressive.  Loud
audio too.  Not the easiest thing to program, but again, the cost kind of
makes up for it.  Very small.  Toss it in your EMP / CME disaster readyness
kit :)

Only seems to come in the colors red, yellow, blue, or camo green.
