[TMRA] MIni field day cancelled due to chance of severe WX

Due to the high risk of severe WX today especially predicted for the exact time the mini field day was supposed to take place, and due to the risk of lightning strikes I have decided to cancel the mini field day scheduled for today July 26.

I am hopeful I can reschedule this event for the near future.

I am monitoring the 147.270 repeater.
