[TMRA] TMRA Sunday Night Q&A Net Digital Adventure Startup Instructions

Hello all.  For those of you who may not already know, on Sunday
nights on the 7:30PM Q&A net we've been playing with FLDigi & PSK31.

We've created a document to help bring people up to speed on the
current progress we've made, in case there are newcomers during the
nets so we don't have to continually re-cover the same ground.

This document is now posted on the TMRA website:

- Go to:
