Hi Steve,

It sounds like the phone company is busy again.  I wasn't familiar with that term 'V-RAD', but now after looking it up on the internet, I know what that is.  It is the phone company's competition to our video.  They call their service for video and high speed internet U-Verse.  Those boxes must be used to handle the processing of the data as far as I can figure.  They need to put them around in the neighborhoods.

So, phone company equipment, I know nothing else about.
