[TMRA] France sez NO to D-Star

Ya know... D Star isn't exactly new so why did it take so long for the 
stupid to rise to the top. And since they are concerned about it being able 
to connect to the internet... that rules out *_all_* VOIP protocols. All in 
all, from what is written, the sponsors of this ban are so clueless as to 
make one wonder whom is really behind it's push.

This sort of uninformed decision making reminds me of a Senator(?) in charge 
of US internet security describing the internet as a series of tubes. Stupid 
beyond reason and belief.
