That's a compilation of a photo that's been going around the Internet for a
couple years now.  Here's a version of it that showed up in the Netherlands.
Another was circulated in Japan and others of the same shot in the
Carolinas.  Same Photo-shopped picture of a lightning strike and a tornado
enhanced a bit.

When the lightning flashes, this is NOT what you want to see.

THIS IS A PICTURE THAT SOMEONE TOOK WHO WORKS ON AN OIL RIG.

HE WAS GOING TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE LIGHTNING AND WAS UNAWARE OF THE
TORNADO UNTIL THE LIGHTNING ILLUMINATED IT.
