Hello Everyone,

It's now time I get our team together for our contact from CLC-LC.
I know I have Steve/w8ter and Steve/kc8tvw. I need about 8 people total and maybe a few more on setup day.

So this is what we need:

On contact day:
Myself, as control operator
Antenna/RF link, operator
Backup RF, operator
Camaras/recording, operators "as needed"
Antenna lookouts, 2 needed on roof

Equipment:

I have most of what we need, but still working on a few things.
I will be getting 2 tripods for antennas unless someone has them, the taller the better. They will need wood feet attached and cement blocks to hold them down on the roof. The antennas will be put up the Saturday before the contact and stay inplace until after the contact.
Need someone to take "digital" pictures during the contact for reports due 72 hours after the contact.
I plan to get new coax and rotor cable for the contact. Setup defines we need 2 beams for Prim, "I have" and 2 omni's for backup, "I have".
AT THIS TIME, I DO NOT INTEND TO USE THE IRLP SYSTEM due to problems with that system in the last several ISS contacts. I DO INTEND TO USE ECHOLINK through a connection with Tony/vk5zai, but details will have to be worked out. We have several ways to do this, one of which is through Skype confirence software. 
I will be planning setup meetings with the Team members as we go along and "no one" can be out of the loop (.)!
Setup day is a very long day, so be ready to come and stay until everything is up, working, and working right.
I will need e-mail addresses and phone numbers for all team members, so please send them to me soon so we can get going on this.
Mark your e-mails so I don't delete them as I get over 200 a day.

If we can get a first meeting setup soon the better. 
We need to keep in mind our setup must be using the "KISS" method. The less difficult we can make it the better.
