[TMC] SLM-2 Sideband level Monitor

Thank you Nick and John!

This is exactly what I needed. You guys and this group are amazing. I have
the SBE fully functional (not completely fine tuned up yet) and it is super
fun to feed an audio signal into the upper and lower sideband inputs and
look at the output on a spectrum analyzer! So fun to be able to turn up and
down each sideband individually and insert the carrier with the twist of a
knob! What cool equipment!

One weird thing that I need to chase out in the SBE is that the VOX level
knob affects the output level like a volume control. Haven't chased that
out yet, but it doesn't seem like it should have any effect on the signal
unless a mic is connected. Not asking for help with that yet. It's just an
interesting observation till I figure it out.

Best regards,

Chris
