[TMC] SLM-2 Sideband level Monitor

I would suggest looking at the manual for the auxiliary frame of the
non-synthesized version of the GPT-10K. There isn't much to the SLM,
and its alignment and calibration is extremely simple, so this
information would be in the aux frame manual, not in a separate
dedicated manual.
