Hello Meir,
I was prompted to write when I read your post regarding searching for a GPE-1. I have a TMC transmitter that I had previously contemplated selling but resisted. Times have changed. A lot. I’m now just completing construction of a 2000’ sq ft shop - I restore antique motorcycles - the cost of which has gotten quite out of hand. And cursed with the limit of only 24 hours per day I just haven’t “played radio” for several years.
So I am once again thinking to sell. It would certainly be preferable to keep the transmitter together. I had spent years searching for particularly clean examples of each unit and it would be a shame to split them up. …but not out of the question.
You may very well have no interest. But I’m just coming to terms with myself to sell. So if you have any interest or know someone who does, let me know. Be forewarned… I will hate the person who buys this from me.
Regards,
Denis Sharon W1AOK
New Milford, CT
I don’t presently have photos of the tuning unit nor the TMC stand-alone cabinet for the control unit.

I also have a couple of VOX-5's, both of which work but have some minor issues; I identified these, I just need to take the time to fix them.
