When I put my PMO/SBE-3/PAL-350 system together just over a year ago, I
bought a couple of the plugs at Harleys Electronics, a local "traditional"
electronics parts store in Spartanburg, SC. They still had several of them
then.

Indeed.. as Nick K4NYW pointed out, these things DO show up at hamfests
(remember those?), so worth looking for, if/when there's another one. I
haven't searched the usual surplus places (Nebraska, Fair), but for someone
sufficiently desperate, they can be found!
