It's active from time to time.
Last year I put together a clone of a GPT-350 from components I gathered - PMO, SBE-3 and PAL-350A, and mounted them in a rack cabinet I had (non-TMC), that incidentally is very similar in color to the TMC cabinets. It is tall enough that I could mount my GPR-90RXD under the transmitter component, at normal desk height. For operating table, I used a 19" rack size server keyboard sliding shelf under the receiver. I also put together a dual speaker panel which is mounted under the sliding "table". I used it periodically for CW, SSB and AM. AM is a pain in the neck to set with the SBE, I have to use a modulation monitor scope to set the carrier and the sidebands at the correct relative levels.
Just recently I found a GPE-1A which is going to be incorporated in the system for AM/CW operation, so I can leave the SBE-3 set for SSB only.
I also have a GPR-90 in the desktop cabinet, with the matching speaker, together with the GSB-1. I love TMC gear and one day I hope to find a PAL-500 or even a PAL-1K.
