[TMC] PAL-350 for sale

I will probably regret this later, but to downsize a little I have 
decided to let go the PAL-350 that has sat, unused, in my basement 
(dry) for the last ten years.  It came from a working and active 
station (VE3CZM, SK) and is in good physical condition.

My initial test this morning found the filament voltage about half 
what it should be, according to the meter, even after a half-hour 
warm-up period to vaporize the mercury, so I stopped there except to 
briefly turn on the high voltage (relay went clunk and things light 
up!).  Also the mains power pilot lamp is burnt out (couldn't find a 
replacement in my junk box).

The RF unit is s/n 103 and the PS is s/n 101.  Comes with necessary 
interconnecting cable and power cord, original manual with some 
annotations, a pair of spare Eimac 7203/4CX250B tubes (condition 
unknown), and a spare 6AG7 (condition unknown).  The previous owner 
had devised a mod for push-to-talk operation and there is an added 
page about it in the manual but I can't honestly recall whether he had 
done the mod or not.  Also can't find the half-page of operating notes 
that I made from his verbal description when I bought it.

Obviously can't ship this, so "local pick-up" or I would be glad to 
meet a buyer anywhere within 200 km of Ottawa, Ontario, on the 
Canadian side of the border.

Asking CAN$350 or US$270.  Questions welcomed, though bear in mind 
that I never actually used it.
