[TMC] TMC PTE more cleaning!

Just a reminder that, with Tony's help, Jay Spivak overhauled the AO-100
inside his GPT-750 (it's exactly the same oven-stabilized oscillator as
inside the VOX's and PMO's).  Jay wrote up a very nice report on how to do
this, along with photos:
