Larry,

The COL-52286, T-47 and T-47A/ART-13 use a 0.002 ufd plate blocking 
capacitor, 3500 Working VDC, 7500 Test VDC (C-118) and two 0.002 ufd 2500 Working 
VDC, 5000 Test VDC (C-120A & B).  One of those would probably serve to at 
least answer your question.
