[TMC] FS: TMC PTE Spectrum Analyzer

Folks,

I have a PTE-4 that needs to find a new home.  It's in reasonably decent
shape, and comprises a Singer spectrum analyzer (TMC calls this an "FSA")
along with its power supply, a VOX (-4, I think), and extra Singer power
supply, and the slope-front roll-around cart.  These units were often
supplied with TMC's high-power transmitters (GPT-10K/40K/200K) to monitor
signal output spectral purity.  Manuals are online at tmchistory.org.
