[TMC] Rare TMC TSTE-10K needs a new home!

Following up on the posting about the GPT-750C, Bill Smitherman KD4AF has
another TMC rig that he'd like to find new home for.

This rig appears to be a TSTE-10K.  The rig has US Air Force property tags
on it, but evidence suggests that it may be an ex-NASA transmitter.  These
transmitter were teamed up with the massive DDR-506's on board NASA's
Apollo mission chase ships, where they served as general communications
platforms.  The TSTE-10K's were referred to as "Jolly Green Giants", as
they (like other TMC NASA gear) were painted a rather unattractive green
color.

This transmitter is in rather poor condition.. it's missing the exciter
drawer, though everything else appears to be there.  The PA tube has been
pulled, but one may be available from Bill--you'll have to ask.  There's no
plate transformer, but Bill assures me that he has the original one + a
spare.
