Hello Fellow TMC Enthusiasts!
I am looking for a replacement TMC part no. TF-104 transformer.
It is a potted filament transformer with a 115/230 VAC primary, and a 6.3VAC CT at 4.125 A secondary winding. It was made for TMC by the Berkshire Transformer Co., and the Berkshire part no. for this transformer is 1708.
I believe the TF-104 was used in numerous pieces of TMC equipment, with one example being the A-1397 Power Supply for the SBE-series of SSB/ISB exciters. Based on the low numeric (104) of the part number, my guess is this transformer was used in TMC equipment that may go back to the very early days of the company, circa 1952 or so, which would signifcantly pre-date it's usage in the A-1397 and SBE series.
Can anyone help me with obtaining a replacement?
Thanks & 73,
Bruce, W2XR
