Group,

Thanks for all the suggestions and support.
I was able to free up the bellows with a little heat.
I just left it near the heater all day.
I would periodically "fiddle" with it by grabbing the brass collar with a set of locking pliers and give a tug.
The last attempt panned out. The collar and bellows moved.
I kept the bellows open and could see some very ancient polymerized grease.
Funny how the stuff that is suppose make it slide better had turned to almost a solid and caused it to lock up.
I sprayed some wd40 in there and let it sit.
Works OK now.

Tomorrow I'll lashed up the Frankenstein stuff  and do the HiPot on all three vacuum variables.
