[TMC] [Boatanchors] a stuck Jennings Vacuum Variable.

Harold,

   I have used PL Blaster since they first started selling it in Cleveland quite a few years ago.
   Its almost magic what that stuff can do.
  And no, not safe for anything except metal or glass - strong stuff.

  I think I will try warming up the glass in water first.  

I am convinced that something is holding the bellows back, although I can ever so slightly twist the bronze collar.
And when I do move the collar I see the bellow inside also flex.
I wish I had an old one to take apart
