[TMC] a stuck Jennings Vacuum Variable.

Group,

  Has anyone ever run across a vacuum variable that is stuck with the bellows fully expanded ?
  I have one where the bellows are stuck open.
  No electrical short.
  It is a Jennings UCF 500 series glass vacuum variable.
  Hoping someone has has experience with this problem.
