[TMC] new URL's for TMC history and info

Folks,

Thanks to some cruftiness when I first moved my TMC pages
to the "virhistory" ISP, there has been some confusion about
the URL for the TMC manuals, history, and info pages I've
been working on.

I don't know if this will actually make things simpler, but:
I registered the two domain names:

tmchistory.org
tmccollector.org

Either of those will take you immediately to the TMC top
page, from which you can navigate to various items of possible
interest.  So, bookmark them, and enjoy!

On a related topic, do any of you know of a contact who might
be able to help find/restore the "old" TMC Collector website?
I emailed a guy with a VE call about this 6 months back, but
go no response.  I've heard tell there might have been others
who worked on this site.. it'd be good to get it back up and
running.  Have disc space, will.. um.. well, you know..
