[TMC] Specification Documents now online

I've complete scanning and posting the "S-drawings" or "Specifications"
on my ever-growing TMC website.

These documents are of particular interest to restorers and maintainers
of TMC equipment:  specifications, test procedures, and much more.

You can get to it by pointing our browser to

http://www.jptronics.org/radios

then click on the TMC logo to take you to the TMC space.  From there,
navigate to "TMC Drawings" -> "Searchable Tables of Drawings" ->
"S-Documents".  Uses your browser's "FIND" function to look for things
of interest.

Turns out there are an additional 200-ish S-drawings written by 
TMC/Canada that I'll be scanning and posting next.
