[TMC] Wanted: Replacement Power Transformer for TMC Model SLM-1

I realize this is a long shot, but does anyone out there have a spare power transformer for a TMC Model SLM-1 Sideband Monitor Unit? Mine gave up the ghost over the weekend, with a short in the high-voltage winding.

The TMC part number for this transformer is TF-126, and it very possibly was used in other pieces of equipment built by TMC. It is a potted unit, and like most of the magnetics used by TMC, was manufactured by the Berkshire Transformer Co. (BTC).

Any help or leads on obtaining a replacement TF-126 would be very much appreciated.
