[TMC] Looking for TMC Cabinet for the ATS-2 MCU Control Head

It's probably a long shot, but I am looking for the original blue-colored cabinet that houses the MCU control head unit for the TMC ATS-2 Antenna Tuner.

Does anyone have one for sale? Condition is unimportant, as long a the cabinet is free from any dents or other sheetmetal damage.

I am prepared to fabricate a reproduction of this item, which will be costly, in the event that I am unable to locate an original. Obviously I'd much rather locate the real thing.
