[TMC] Ant Tuning Unt

Barry and the list,

I just scanned and posted the manual for the TAC antenna tuner at the  
"old" place:

Note that this manual (copyright 1957) is for the TAC.  The TAC-1 is  
a later unit,
so there will likely be differences, but this manual should still be  
quite useful.
I also scanned the tuning charts that were with the manual.
