[TMC] Pal 1k tuning revised

I forgot one number for the load switch setting when using the 8-12 band on
the amp. The load switch should be 3 there.

On the 12-6 band and higher the load switch is out of the circuit so it
doesn't matter where it is set on those bands.

Attached is the revised spread sheet.
