Tony, thanks for your comments.  Our tests yesterday were just to see if
the unit would put out power. Now we will go back and follow the Alignment
Procedures and Performance checks to make sure everything is as it should
be.

I was just wondering if there was some connection between TMC and
Tele-Signal.  It seems strange that New York State would have bought six of
these stations from TMC set up for RTTY operation, but with another
manufacturer's RTTY converters.  Also strange that there are two AFSK
modulators (TIS-3 & T-S 101A) and only one AFSK/FSK demodulator (T-S 102A).
