[TMC] GPR-90 what were those engineers thinking ???

Funny this subject came up as I just got done with my GPR-90 this last
weekend. I also had to remove the box and I thought it mite be the xtal.
Come to find out, the ground lug on L-19 was never soldered from the
factory. I resoldered it and did do a change of all the disc caps (one was
bad) and also changed out the 120 puff and the 220 puff cap inside of L-19.
Reinstalled, done the alignment and now it works great.
