[TMC] GPT-750

Happy  to say my GPT-750 is coming to life.

The were only a handfull of very trivial issues to deal with.

The 4htf4 ballast was missing. 

A couple of the interlocks needed fiddling with to  close the loop.

Finally a couple of fuses needed to be replaced. 

The medium B+ had apparently just fatigued and failed. 

In lieu of a 300 ma fuse I replaced it with a 500 ma.

The filament fuse on the RF deck let loose and it was also replaced.

I was able to get solid excitation and drive so I went to the power test.

I turned on the final plate switch with the excitation set  to a very low value then dipped and loaded for a maximum of about 50 watts out.

Then I adjusted the drive pot. The output swung up to 100, 200 300 400 watts and finally pegged the bird at 500 watts with plenty more to go.

Guess I need a 100H slug !
