[TMC] insulated shafts for a GPR-90

Go to WalMart, Home Depot, or similar and look for the flags that go on
bicycles, or for the reflectors that you can stick into the ground
beside your driveway.  Seems like the shafts are about 1/4" in diameter
and they are made of something like fiberglass (especially the bicycle
flags, which are long and flex quite a bit).
