[TMC] More TMC manuals and doc's online

Folks,

Just made a small amount of progress on online TMC manuals.

Thanks to a kind loan from Roy Morgan, there's now a complete manual for the
SPU-2 Speech Processor, as well as some TMC internal documents that describe
detailed alignment, test, and final qual testing for the SBE-2.  This latter
may be particularly useful if/when you have to make major repairs or do a
complete alignment on your SBE.

The originals for the SBE alignment/test doc's are not easy to read.  I had
some time to kill, so I hand-transcribed one of them into a hand PDF doc.

If any of you has manuals you're willing to loan for scanning, or (better yet) 
are willing to scan yourself, I'd be grateful for the help.  The objective is
to get all of the useful TMC documents available online in one place.
