Hello,

My wife and I have been collectors, restoration experts and operators of TMC
transmitters for many years.

We have the following units in operation on the amateur radio band:

TMC GPT 750 D2 operational on 160 meter SSB and CW.

PAL 1K operational on 75 meter phone.

PAL 1K operational on 40 and 20 meter SSB and CW

2 each PAL 350s operational on the WARC bands

PAL 500 operational on 15 and 10 meter SSB and CW

SBE 2 operational with VFO unit.

Over the years, my wife and I have visited the Voice of America station at
Delano, Ca. Upon seeing the layout of the transmitters at VOA, my wife asked
if we could not install our units through the wall in a similar fashion. We
installed a wall to close off the utility area of our basement and set the
TMC units through the wall. This helps greatly with the fan noise and helps
hide the myriad of interconnects for the station equipment.

I can supply serial numbers if desired.

I would also be happy to share restoration tips and operational suggestions
with other TMC fans.
